Laser Cutting
Our laser process is used for the cutting of many materials including mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, wax, plastics, wood, and fabrics. We use both Nitrogen and Oxygen for cutting depending on the application.
Stamping
J & S Manufacturing specializes in quick turn around precision metal stamping of an assortment of stainless steels and assembly for small volume and prototype orders. Our expert staff of engineers actively practices the principles of total quality management and benchmarks for overall effectiveness, cost and reliability of our metal products and services. We are readily available to assist in generating cost savings through design or material modifications, product development and engineering as well as in-house tool design and fabrication.
We can use most standard vector-graphics file types for laser cutting parts including DXF, DWG, PDF, CDR, AI, and SVG (we use AutoCAD version 2012). If you do not have access to software for drawing your parts, we suggest downloading free drawing software. We can also draw your part for you ; please submit your sketch or written description through our quote request form (any file that we can open is fine).
